Payment Policy

A deposit payment of 50% is charged to the applicable credit card at the time of making a booking. Full payment is required 48 hours prior to the check-in date to secure booking. Any outstanding amount will be charged to the applicable credit card 48 hours prior to your check-in date. Any other outstanding charges and incidentals expenses will be charged to the applicable credit card on the morning of check out.

Cancellation Policy

A transaction fee of 2% will be charged for bookings cancelled prior to 48 hours of arrival date, with the exception of any advance – purchase and promotional offers. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the booking date will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation fee.

Booking Policy

All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by provision of credit card details. Please see rate details and booking policies for individual rate offers at the time of booking. By providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise the Eastcoaster to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card. If the booking for accommodation is made through a third party, the terms and conditions of that third party also apply.

Accommodation – Extra Guest and Child Policy

Rates are per room per night based on two to four person occupancy depending on room type, children 12 years and under stay free when sharing room with parents utilising existing bedding.

Extra guests are charged $50.00 per person per night for “room only” rates. Cots are provided free of charge based on availability. Please note that bedding for cot is not supplied.

Pets not allowed.
