RESTAURANT KITCHEN STAFF

You would be involved with the preparation of food and cleaning of dishes in our restaurant kitchen. We require our kitchen staff to be versatile by being able to work in different roles that are delegated by the Head Chef due to customer requirements.

Kitchen staff roles are:

Our Grounds and Facilities Department is responsible for maintaining the tidiness of gardens, lawns, hygiene of public areas and general maintenance.  Keeping the Eastcoaster clean and tidy is a very important part of ensuring our guests have an enjoyable stay with us.
