- Updated and developed another 2 x waterfront luxury villas.
- Updated and renovated another family cabin.
- Upgraded reception, the Terrace bar and entry.
- Developed a new guest laundry.
- Shot creted the wave protection breakwater.
To be developed over the coming months of 2021:
- The Terrace deck giant umbrella installation for sun and rain protection.
- Development of a new games room and new gym.
- New private booking venue to be commenced.
- 7 more Louisvilla Road family units to be upgraded.
- A new water taxi landing will be built before Xmas this year.
